We planted nearly 200 trees last weekend, and we only have about 100 to go! :) If you wanted to participate last week, but couldn't make it out, Round 2 is this Saturday! We will be planting trees (tiny saplings), adding compost, and covering the baby trees with a layer of mulch. Most of the heavy digging has been done ahead of time.

If you have the following, please bring:

• Work gloves

• Shovel

• Water bottle

• Hat or sunscreen

Wildsong Ranch is a beautiful place, and we want to make it an even MORE beautiful place to enjoy for years to come! Wildsong Ranch is part of a conservation easement, which means we are stewards of the land with a charge to “protect agricultural land, wildlife habitat, and scenic open space.” We have ordered almost 400 native TREES! (And when we say trees, we mean tiny saplings—a perfect size for children to help too!) You are invited to help us plant these little saplings! We will do most of the heavy digging and dirt work ahead of time, but we’ll need lots of people to put the trees in.
